Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the production team in the creation and manufacturing of our products, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of production schedules

  • Help manage inventory, materials, and supplies to ensure seamless production

  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate product assembly

  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet brand standards

  • Support the packaging and shipping of products to ensure they are delivered on time

  • Maintain organized and clean workspaces and storage areas

  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the production team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in production or manufacturing is a plus

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed

  • Familiarity with New England culture and aesthetics is a plus

Pay: Salary will be commensurate with experience.
